How to register

To register for the workshop, please follow the link below to the registration form. Before doing so, please read information on abstracts below on this page.

Attendance to the workshop is completely free thanks to generous support from our sponsors

Please note that registration does not guarantee  an invitation to the workshop, or that you will be offered a poster or oral presentation. Furthermore, due to the limited size of the workshop venue, priority will be given to those presenting a poster/talk. Participants will be notified in early April.

Please register and optionally submit an abstract using our Indico conference portal, linked below. Registration and abstract submission are separate forms. Normal abstract submission is now closed, but late news abstracts will be accepted until May 15th.

Information on abstracts

When you register, you will be asked if you would like to present a poster and whether you would like to be considered for an oral presentation. If you would like to submit an abstract, please make sure to also fill out the abstract submission form. You will need to submit your abstract as a PDF using the provided template: Download template >

The abstract body should be 250 words or fewer, and may include up to 7 references.
